Job Description:
Responsible for managing and growing an existing sales territory in Raleigh/Durham, NC. Successful candidate will develop brand awareness of our Portfolio Wines and achieve sales goals in the within sales territory. Candidate must be a self-motivated, high-energy salesperson, detail-oriented, and passionate about our wines. We offer competitive salary, above average commission rates and expense reimbursement.
Requirements of the job include:
1. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, on and off-premise accounts.
2. Expand sales territory by opening new accounts.
3. Must have a track record of success in wine sales.
4. Problem solver who works well independently without the need for micromanagement.
5. Must live in the Triangle.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years experience in the wine industry is required.
2. Good knowledge of international wines, with emphasis on Italy, Spain and France.
3. WSET qualification desired, but not required
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must
5. Being passionate about our Portfolio Wines and the value they bring the market is essential
