Premium custom crush facility in Napa is looking for a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic person for a Harvest Cellar position. This is an opportunity to work at a winery that focuses on small lot, high-end wines. We are passionate about winemaking, and we value our clients' products.

* Winery experience is not necessary, but great work ethic is required
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* Learn and understand cellar SOPs and work orders
* Able to understand simple commands and able to ask questions if something is not clear
* Winery sanitation
* Grape receiving, crushing, and pressing
* Fermentation management
* Juice racking
* Additions
* Barrel filling
* Pumpovers
* Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of weight. Candidate must also be able to stand for long periods of time, reach with arms and hands, walk long distances, walk up stairs, sit for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl
* Position requires work schedule flexibility
* Follow all safety regulations
* Proper use of chemicals and handling
