The salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$125,000.00. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 25%. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed), and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the Imports portfolio in their assigned geographical territory. This position will work closely with the Vice President of the Imports division to manage distributor relationships and is responsible for managing and developing Territory Managers in their assigned geographical territory (CO, UT, NM, AZ, MT, NE, ND, SD, WY).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•  Work with the Vice President of Imports to manage distributor relationships, set pricing and programming, participate in distributor sales meetings, conduct seminars for distributors and consumer groups, prepare annual budget forecast and distributor goals, conduct distributor reviews and approve/process bill back/chargebacks in a timely fashion.
•  Manage, mentor and develop Territory Managers throughout geographical territory to include maintaining constant dialogue and provide direction/guidance.
•  Manage supplier visits and perform necessary follow up.
•  Develop and monitor Key Account penetration.
•  Participate in distributor management meetings to establish goals, pricing and programming as well as conducting regular reviews of depletions, programs, inventories, orders and responding to issues that might arise.
•  Present Presells and New Releases to distributor management.
•  Review program results and suggest corrective actions.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
2. Performs any other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Significant travel by automobile, airplane and/or train. Overnight stays required.

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED
Office equipment including telephone, fax machine, copier, computer, calculator, scanner, and

printer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting, repetitive motion with hands for typing, bending, reaching, ability to lift 40 pounds, visual acuity, manual dexterity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•  Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in business preferred.
•  Minimum of 10 years' management experience with increasing levels of responsibilities.
•  Minimum of 7 years' experience working in the fine wine industry holding either a supplier or distributor management position.
•  Experience working in a multi-state environment overseeing multiple distributors.
•  Passion for fine wine and strong general knowledge of a fine wine portfolio.
•  Strong relationships with distributor networks and in key on/off premise accounts within geographic region.
•  Knowledge of distribution pricing strategies and ability to manage and maintain profit margin negotiations.
•  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening hours and weekends when needed. Travel is required at least 50% of the time.
•  Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
•  Knowledge of Diver a plus.
•  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
•  Strong project management skills.
•  Excellent communication skills to include the ability to negotiate and mediate situations, speak to large audiences making effective presentations and possess strong writing skills.
•  Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to formulate strategies based on competitive data to meet both short and long term company objectives.
•  Valid Drivers License
