What You’ll Do
- Guide guests through all tasting experiences offered at the Bennett Mountain Estate.
- Effectively promote and sell wine and wine club memberships to guests.
- Present Coursey Graves wines, winemaking techniques, the history of both the winery and the area, and the unique aspects of the Estate.
- General order processing and computer work related to hospitality operations.
- Participate in and assist with hospitality events as needed.
- Maintain detailed cleaning practices and understanding of general maintenance of the tasting room.

About You
- Ability to provide impeccable service to our guests, industry partners, and team members through telephone, email, text, and in-person hospitality.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate customer needs and respond appropriately.
- An excitement and tenacity to generate sales through hosted tastings, special events, and any other sales opportunities.
- Related experience in the wine industry, hospitality, or sales.
- Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 90 minutes.
- Primarily weekend availability.
