Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with high-end fruit from Anderson Valley and learn about all aspects of harvest activities in the cellar? Goldeneye Winery is looking for Harvest Cellar Interns to join them this year for Harvest 2024. The Goldeneye Harvest Cellar Intern will assist with grape processing, fermentation management, barrel activities, in addition to other duties.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Clean and sanitize equipment and tanks.
•  Perform grape receiving activities.
•  Perform wine and must movements.
•  Make additions to musts and wine.
•  Monitor fermentation kinetics.
•  Perform barrel activities.
•  Conduct grape sampling.
•  Perform basic juice analysis.

What you will need:
•  Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required.
•  Must have a positive attitude and be reliable, on-time and engaged.
•  Ability to work both independently and as a team.
•  Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
•  Excellent reading, writing, and basic math skills.
