About Bella Vineyards and Wine Caves
Bella Vineyards + Wine Caves is one of Dry Creek Valley’s premier boutique wineries, best known for incredible hospitality experiences, vineyard designate and 95+ point barrel-select zinfandels and small Rhône program. In addition, we craft small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay under our Ten Acre label, and limited production Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Pinot Noir under our Ru’s Farm label. We strive to create a family culture here at Bella, so we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our tight-knit, hardworking, and supportive group of people who are passionate about what they do, but also having fun!

We are seeking a passionate wine enthusiast who embodies the essence of hospitality – a true “people person” eager to contribute to our exciting lineup of experiences planned for 2024 and beyond!
As a member of our Hospitality Team, you will play a vital role in crafting lasting memories for our guests. From private tastings to captivating tours, your dedication to exceptional (and fun!) service will ensure guests feel like part of our family. We want you to join us in shaping an enjoyable and welcoming environment that keeps guests and employees excited to be part of our winery for years to come.
The ideal candidate will have or be the following:
• Warm, gracious, professional and poised with a team-oriented attitude.
• 2 years of sales and/or customer service.
• Passion for wine – with a desire to learn more.
• Confident communicator, natural sales professional with a true hospitality heart.
• High standards – excellent attention to detail and service focus.
• Comfortable with technology, order processing and POS systems.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry 45 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean DMV record.
This position is 3 to 4 days per week with the potential to advance and move full time very quickly.
