2024 Harvest Internship – Paso Robles

Riboli Family Winery is looking for Part Time and Full Time Interns for the 2024 Harvest Season at our San Antonio Winery Production Facility in Paso Robles, CA. Interns at RFW have a unique opportunity to have an active role in the crafting of exceptional quality wines. We aim to educate our interns in all aspects of winemaking while giving them hands-on experience implementing what they learn. We expect our interns to be positive, open-minded, willing to learn, have outstanding attention to detail, and be able to precisely follow instructions.



Job Duties:

- Collecting and processing grape samples
- Assisting in receiving and processing fruit
- Monitoring fermentations
- Conducting simple lab analyses (°brix, pH, TA, FSO2)
- Operating equipment such as sorting tables, destemmed, pumps, steam generator, pressure washer
- Cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment
- Conducting punch downs and pump overs
- Ideal candidates should have an interest in a career in fine wine production and a desire to be a team player with a positive attitude
- Some experience in these practices is preferred but, not necessary.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in or recent graduate of an agricultural science, agronomy, or related program preferred.
Strong interest in agriculture and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
A basic understanding of agricultural practices and equipment operation is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak harvest seasons.





Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 – Summer through Fall of 2024
